I arrived intending to focus on writing about my Waking Dream Rituals and Life Experiments frameworks - metacognitive learning tools meant to assist with executive function challenges, encourage experimental mindsets, and build a bridge between the conscious, waking life, and the unconscious - a place of dreams, symbols, and imagination. I had a list of blog posts to write, an email-based course in digital wellness to revise, and I was eager to meet other creatives.
