Cozy 1953 Baby trailer with bench‑style booth seating, turquoise vintage sink and stovetop, and soft morning/evening light from east/west windows. In the East trailer court; has private bathroom, shower, and picnic table.

I am an Oregon resident, so I wonder if there is a chance the sales tax could be waived? not sure if that's possible...
