Describe your experience at the residency.
My bandmate Joel and I were in the beach cabin and were able to set up a temporary makeshift recording studio and practice space to work on and develop new pieces of music I composed. It was amazing to have the space, time, and seclusion from the outside world and focus on making and recording music. There were a lot of new ideas generated during this time and I was able to make critical steps towards my new album's completion.
Tell us about the work you made — title and description.
This was part of the beginnings of working on my new album that will be titled, My Inner Rest. It will be a 10 song album to be released sometime in the next year or so.

Yes
If yes, what is the title and medium of the token?
I didn't leave a token behind, but I would love to mail a copy of the finished album once it is completed. It could take a little while but I will mail one out someday and will be crediting the Sou'wester in my liner notes~
